Present covid-19 is spreading extremely in our country . Now, confirmed-19 cases in our country crossed one lakh(18-06-20). Bangladesh is now be 17th position in terms of the number of confirmed cases. The Govt is planning to make sure people could get tested at UP hospitals.   Daily lives are becoming more difficult day by day. But how long might this situation last ? I think no one can answer that with absolute certainty. Our doctors, police, army, BGB, RAB, journalists, politicians  are dedicating themselves day and night towards making our people physical/social distance.

The basic components of our economy are being victimized to the economic regression. More than 5 crore people are engaged in informal sectors. Due to covid-19, entrepreneurs  will decrease their business size. Consequently, many workers will lose their jobs. Our export and import will not be stable until we re-construct our economy . This situation sustains not only in Bangladesh but also in the whole world. Besides some productive sectors are being destroyed like poultry firms, fishing projects, agriculture projects etc. Such type of products are being produced but the producers can not sell those things in the market. Apart from this the buyers buying capacity is being lessened. The complexities made in the economic sector should be solved very soon.

There exists no discipline in our entire management. So the entire management should be brought under discipline. Because we have to remember that we are in great danger..

There are many reasons for spreading  this virus.  ′WHO” has given some specific suggestions on how to control the transmission. Apart from this a country must control the submission not being initiated any lock-down. If a country enforces some strict measures such as social distancing, health hygiene protocols, as well as implementing some laws to control the transmission. It must be  controlled . Through the Govt. has specific directives on re-opening the shops, restaurants and factories. No direction has not been followed properly. Besides the Govt enforced a lock-down in the whole country. In-spite of trying, the Govt could not enforce it properly.  Though Bangladesh is not experienced of the Corona Virus, Bangladesh had enough time for taking steps to decrease the transmission. So, there is no logic to compare with the other countries about that. It may be mentioned that the basic principle to decrease the transmission should be that not a single one can be un detected. So the Govt should bring the whole country under the purview the tests. Consequently actual infections can be identified and it would be very easy to decrease the transmission.

If the Govt dose not do so, it is not possible to trace the actual infections. The mass people should be aware of that.  That is, all of us should co-operate with the Govt in this regard.

The Govt is now trying to achieve herd immunity. But herd immunity is not applicable in our country in terms of total population size. Our Honourable premier gave the direction for the sake of our common people as well as for being saved our economy. So this is really a human act. Now we should follow the health precautions following the instructions of WHO. Besides there is no way but to achieve herd immunity in the context of present situation.

To be continued……….
